How to Disapprove a Flight #

Disapproving a flight event in PilotDuty is a straightforward process. This can be done when a flight or its details need correction or should be removed from official duty calculations. Disapproving one flight will disapprove the entire event and all other flights associated with it.

Step 1: Go to the Logbook Tab #

  • Tap on the Logbook icon from the bottom navigation.

Step 2: Find the Flight #

  • Locate the flight you wish to disapprove in the list.
  • You will see an “UnApprove” yellow button on the right side of the flight entry.

Step 3: Tap “UnApprove” #

  • Swipe or tap on the “UnApprove” button.
  • A confirmation screen will appear, prompting you to provide a reason for disapproval.
