Get a Summary of Your Personal Logbook

PilotDuty allows you to quickly view a detailed summary of your cumulative flight experience.


1. Open the Logbook Tab #

  • Tap the Logbook icon in the tab bar at the bottom of the screen.

2. Tap “Logbook Summary” #

  • In the top section of the Logbook tab, tap the blue button labeled Logbook summary.

3. Review Your Flight Data #

  • A pop-up will display a full breakdown of your flight hours.
  • You’ll see totals by:
    • Aircraft type and registration
    • Categories like Mono Piston, Cross Country, IFR, Night, etc.
    • Special operations like Patrol, Photography, Training
    • Propeller types and aircraft configurations
  • Summary bubbles at the top indicate your compliance with recency requirements (e.g., 0-0 in 6 months for takeoffs/landings and IFR).

This feature is ideal for quickly validating your experience or filling out paperwork without needing to export your full logbook.

Need a full logbook export instead? Tap Export on the Logbook tab for CSV or PDF options.
